You weren't planning on getting any sleep tonight, were you?

If so, you might want to avoid looking through the pictures of 47 Ridgefield Ave. in Ridgefield Park, a vacant home that might be full of potential — or full of ghosts.

Jason Pierce Properties is taking an ... unconventional approach to marketing the home, for sale at $299,000.

"If you're looking for an authentic scary house, this vacant mixed use property is turn key," Piece writes in listings that appear on multiple sites, including Zillow. "Or if you prefer a more "traditional" look, it's a great investment opportunity. Renovate or knock it down and build your dream on this 50 x 100 commercially zoned lot."

The value is the location, according to Pierce. The home is 500 feet from Route 46 and about 10 minutes from New York City.

The home features one full and one half bath, and sits on a 5,000 square foot lot. It was originally listed at $319,000 in September, but the price was dropped less than a month later. Zillow estimates $299 per month in taxes.
