This near death experience will make you think twice about using mass transit

Bill Doyle and Double Down took calls looking for crazy "I shouldn't be alive" stories. We think this one takes the cake. Short and to the point, but wow. Could you imagine knowing that if you had been leaning forward or seated elsewhere on the train you were on, you could have been killed by a sniper?
