Never one to give up on a fitness plan so soon...we carry on!

Today's demo is to give you a look at some body weight exercises.

And while some of these can be done at home...it always helps to have a gym with a cinderblock wall handy...when you want to do the bouncing ball "off the wall" movement.

By the way, the rope skips are probably done best with the speed rope that I tripped over...however in yesterday's installment, I used the heavier rope, since it helps me keep time better.
