On tonight’s show, well discuss working the system from a jail cell… I have the story of a prisoner that’s suing over ‘Cruel And Unusual’ punishment for being fed soy based meals…..another where a court has decided that the state needs to pay an inmate’s estate $825k for not having received the proper medical care; and yet another where a prisoner, about to serve a life sentence, is trying to delay his sentencing for another offense because he’s not “physically or mentally ready” to start his sentence. (Great country, America!)

I talked about this last night, but it’s worth another shot….Jennifer O’Brien, poster child for what not to say on Facebook. An administrative law judge feels she should be fired from her job as a teacher in Paterson for posting, out of frustration, that she felt like a “warden for future criminals”. And wait! There’s more “in school” follies….there’s a lawsuit, filed by a high school student's father, alleging that a school officer's search of his daughter went too far. Has your kid ever been mishandled by school officials?

There’s a report that some employers are not supportive of breast cancer survivors. Do you feel that an employer should be more sympathetic to you if you’ve been out for an illness?

Now might not be the best time to buy an electric car, but some have, and like them. Do you drive one, and how do you like it, as it looks as though we might be seeing more charging stations here in NJ.

I’ll be looking for veterans and stories of what some of our bravest have been through. If you’d like to contribute your stories if you yourself are a vet, or if you have a vet in the family that you’d like to salute, I’ll be dedicating most of the show on Friday morning to vets in honor of Veteran’s Day.

Plus a few other things that might come up between now and the time we get to talk….tonight at 11!
