That's not Col. Sanders! Jim KNEW Col. Sanders!

You can just picture Jim Gearhart on standing before Rob Lowe in some hallowed hall of government.

"Mr. Lowe, I served with Col. Sanders. I knew Col. Sanders. Col. Sanders was a friend of mine. Rob, you're no Col. Sanders."

Well, it's true. Jim did know the colonel way back when (Jim's been around for a bit — he knew practically everyone). He remembers how Sanders hated smoking. He remembers how true the colonel stayed to character — even wearing the white outfit.

And, of course, Jim remembers the "great experience of eating fried chicken cooked by Col. Sanders ... and it'll never be surpassed."

But he can't believe what's become of the commercial icon!
