A 23-year-old North Brunswick man is the accused ring leader of a closed social network for drug dealers, selling directly to Rutgers students.

South Brunswick police said they received a 911 call from a man Monday afternoon who said the driver of a white Mercedes was throwing coins and spitting at his car as they headed south.
