Some NJ Transit trains smell like mulch farm
NEWARK (AP) — A funky smell is not growing on some New Jersey Transit train passengers.
The trains are kept at a rail yard about a quarter of a mile from a mulch factory in Morrisville, Pennsylvania. Officials believe the smell has permeated some rail cars.
NJ Transit spokesman William Smith tells NJ.com the agency has received 11 complaints about the smell. The agency is exploring its options.
