Lisa Carter-Knight tells 6 ABC it all began with a joke and misunderstanding. After two delays, a fellow passenger said it's been a long night and hoped the plane had a fully stocked bar.

Carter-Knight says the pilot overheard that and thought he was being accused of being drunk. The passengers were then taken off the plane, as the pilot said he was now obligated by law to take a sobriety test, which caused the flight to be held at Philadelphia International Airport for three hours.

During the delay, the woman tweeted about the incident. When the plan was re-boarded,  the 47-year-old mother of three was denied access by the flight crew.

"They were not comfortable with me being on the flight because I shared my experience tonight with friends and followers on a Twitter page," she told 6 ABC.

Carter-Knight said she was simply letting her familly in Exeter, New Hampshire know why she was running late. "I was tweeting about an experience like we all do. You're in a bad restaurant, you're on a long flight you tweet to your friends and your family," she told Boston television station WCVB TV.

Carter-Knight is receiving a refund of her fare by JetBlue. "It is not our practice to remove a customer for expressing criticism of their experience in any medium," the airline told 6 ABC.
