Penn State's student government leaders and high-ranking administrators will conduct a town hall forum for students to discuss the university's child sex abuse scandal.

Organizers say students and administrators at Wednesday's forum can talk about the criminal case in which a former assistant football coach is accused of molesting boys, some on campus.

Forum tickets are restricted to students with current Penn State IDs. The event will be broadcast by the Pennsylvania Cable Network and streamed online.

The university's president will make introductory remarks. The moderators are two sociology lecturers.

The school also plans three forums run by its counseling and psychological services center.

A team with the U.S. Department of Education arrived in State College on Monday as part of the federal investigation into whether the university violated reporting mandates for campus crime.
