Now What You See Is Just a Test…(I’m Typing to the Beat!)

...to borrow a line from the Sugarhill Gang from back in '79 (and a Jersey group besides...Englewood! Just saying'!)

Anyway, last Sunday I braved the maddening crowds at the Mac Store, and picked up a brand new MacBook Pro.

So far, so good....I know that at least I can type on the damn thing!

But a couple of questions do come to mind:

Like: Why does all the help look down all the time?

Do they have a "color of the day". (I guess they do, since, when I went there last Sunday, they all had blue shirts on, and today's color was red.)

If you're in my age category.....40+...you're out of the loop.

Is it required that you have either a tattoo, streaked red hair, or wear some kind of head apparel, even though the temperature is a comfortable 72 degrees in the store?

What if you're claustrophobic? I think you're SOL!

And....do they ever have a down day? Anytime I pass by, the store is always jammed!

Somewhere up above, Steve Jobs is smiling....and down here, so are the stockholders!
