NJ woman explains to cops why she throws her feces out the window

PENNSVILLE — Being a police officer can sometimes be a dirty job. But somebody's got to do it.

Case in point: Pennsville police said they were called to a home on Main Street for the report of a woman throwing trash and urine out of a window.

Officers that responded found Tina M. Girtain, 45,  living in the attic. She said she throws waste out the window, including feces, because she doesn't want to use the stairs.

Girtain was charged with disorderly conduct.
