Man pulled over for talking on his… Cookie?

Most of us pull away from the dealer with their plate frame on it and don't give it a second thought. It has the dealer name or logo on it to advertise their business. Nice, but in New Jersey, it's against the law.

So are dozens of other things you have or do when you drive. We are at the mercy of the police officer just about every time we get behind the wheel in this state, especially if you're holding your cell phone.

For years, I've been talking about driving around with an eggplant up to my ear just to get pulled over. This guy in Eastern Europe or Russian (can't tell for sure) had a novel idea. Watch this hilarious prank pulled on police officers in the video above.
