The Press of Atlantic City reports Matt Milby fired eight to 10 rounds from his Little Egg Harbor home Saturday night.

Lt. James Hawkins says police received a call for fireworks in the area at about 11 p.m., but soon found out that the sounds were gunshots. Residents were evacuated from three nearby homes.

Police say Milby walked out of the house after midnight Sunday and was arrested. Investigators are trying to find out who owns the weapon.

No one was injured.

He is free on $50,000 bail. It was unclear if Milby had an attorney who could comment on the charges.
