Tomorrow, work will begin to remove the beloved Jet Star roller coaster from the Atlantic Ocean.  It's become a symbol of the destruction and devastation caused by Sandy.  The cherished ride plummeted into the water when Casino Pier was dismantled by the storm.

Weeks Marine will begin the first phase of the project tomorrow which will include the removal of the Jet Star and other debris that remains in the water.

The removal process, which will go around the clock until completion, is expected to take several days.
