How to prevent co-workers from stealing your lunch

It seems that no workplaces in New Jersey have guidelines to the community refrigerator, so I initiated a plan to make sure I eats what belongs to me.

It's a very simple task. Label, label, label. It may seem obnoxious and a little too crazy, but the message is clear in my house. Why can't it work at the office?
