I don't usually make new year's resolutions.  I don't have a reason.  It's just something I've never really done.  I know many others who do.  In fact, every January, my classes at the gym have always been extra crowded only for the numbers to drop off a few weeks later.  I know people who swear they're going to quit smoking only to light up again within a week or two of the attempt.  Losing weight is always a tough one too.  But, why is it that resolutions are so hard to keep?

You can find out the answers tomorrow when I talk to Morristown-based Psychologist Dr. Steven Tobias.  If you want to make a resolution and keep it this year, he'll give you some tips on how to do that as well.
