Food Trucks Stop by New Jersey 101.5 [PHOTOS/VIDEO]
The Fast Tracks & Food Trucks Festival with Big Joe Henry is this Saturday! Two trucks that are appearing at the festival, the Tot Cart, and Empanada Guy, stopped by New Jersey 101.5. They shared some of their delicious food with Dennis Malloy and Dena Blizzard.
The Tot Cart is based out of Philadelphia, and serves gourmet tater tots. The delicious toppings on these tater tots make them unlike anything you've ever tasted before.
The Empanada Guy has trucks located in Port Reading, Old Bridge, and Hoboken, and has just opened a restaurant in Freehold. His menu features gourmet empanadas, with fillings that are sure to please anyone.
