Driver Charged In Old Bridge Accident

The driver is now charged in an Old Bridge bus accident last month that injured 35 people.

Medical teams respond to Old Bridge bus accident

42-year-old Daniel Jean-Pierre of Barnegat was issued two traffic violations: one for careless driving, the other for improper passing.  Authorities feel he was responsible for the January 10th accident on Route 9 north.

In the accident, his Academy Bus smashed into a school mini-bus, causing it to overturn.  Jean-Pierre will have to make an appearance in Old Bridge court.
