Dennis: Is the ‘honor system’ still alive in New Jersey?

I went looking for pumpkins and gourds over the weekend and found a roadside stand not far from my house in the front yard of a house on a rural road. After pulling in the U-shaped driveway I expected someone to come out or be behind the wagon with the pumpkins and bales of hay.

Then when I reached for my pumpkin, I noticed a lock box with writing on it. After putting in the right amount, I took these pictures just to prove that this stuff does still exist!

Makes me happy to live in my part of Jersey!  Burlington Freakin County!
