Christie’s book deal bill going to the senate — how you can stop it

So they did it. That's right, by a vote of 9 to 3, the NJ State Senate Budget and Appropriation Committee voted to recommend the 'Christie Book Deal' bill to the full senate on Monday. You know that I'll be there live streaming and holding the 'yes' votes accountable. This bill is nothing short of a money grab and a bribe using taxpayer dollars to secure votes necessary for the Governor to enrich himself while in office supposedly representing all of us.

It's shameful. There's still time to act. Senators Tom Kean, Ron Rice, Jen Beck and Ray Lesniak have discussed voting against the measure with Beck and Lesniak shouting from the rooftops! Democrats Jeff Van Drew and Linda Greenstein voted along side Jen Beck against the bill in committee. Now it's up to you. Call your legislator and tell 'em #NoBookDeal.
