State officials say the owner of a Camden coffee shop has agreed to settle allegations that he sexually harassed female employees. City Coffee owner Ronald Ford Jr. must pay $15,000 and provide training about discrimination and harassment to all his employees.

The money will be divided among the six employees who made the allegations.  Under terms of the settlement, Ford won't have to pay an additional $60,000 if he lives up to terms of the agreement for three years.

Ford made no admission of wrongdoing under the agreement. Ford has owned a number of businesses in Camden over the years including a DNA paternity testing service.
