The price of pork belly futures has more than doubled since August and bacon might become more scarce and expensive.

US pork producers are exporting their popular products around the globe and that means less here at a higher price. But some folks love the stuff so much (including me) that they'll take the hit to still indulge in their precious porcine pleasure.

Our listeners helped compile a list of the things New Jerseyans would pay dearly for even if the price shot way up.
