Suspect sought in South Jersey hit-and-run

GALLOWAY — Police in South Jersey are looking for a suspect in a hit and run on Friday.

The suspect was driving a 2003 – 2008 white Jeep Cherokee with a missing hubcap on the passenger side front wheel, according to Galloway Police which did not disclose the location or circumstances of the incident in a news release and could not be reached for comment Thursday afternoon.

Police said the suspect is about 5 feet 8 inches to 6 feet 2 inches tall and was wearing blue jeans, a blue hooded sweatshirt and tan boots.
