Six people — including two infants and two elderly people — were injured in a crash in Hamilton on Sunday.

Police say the accident on South Broad Street at Samdin Boulevard in the Mercer County involved a 2000 Honda Civic carrying an 86-year-old female and an 88-year-old male, both from Hamilton and a 2001 Saturn with a 19-year-old male, an 18-year-old female, a 1-year-old and an 11-month-old. All were hospitalized for unspecified injuries. No one involved in the accident has been named.

Surveillance video shows the cars driving at a fast rate of speed. One car crossed in front of the other and careened into a third car in a parking lot.

Hamilton Police continue to investigate the crash and no charges have yet been filed. Witnesses are asked to call 609-581-4024.
