Was Vice President Joe Biden Out of Line for This Christmas Photo? [POLL]

Vice President Joe Biden is taking a bit of flack for a photo that he took with White House Correspondent Aime Parnes.  Biden may have entered the "creepy old man" territory with this photo that was taken during a recent holiday party at the White House. Parnes has since posted it on her Facebook page. Interstingly enough, Biden's wife, is on the opposite side of the photo.
