Train Jumps Track, Derails In Paulsboro

A train has jumped the track and derailed in Paulsboro.

WCAU TV reports that an empty car came off the track entering the Valero refinery on Billingsport Road. WPVI TV reports that SMS Rail Line was the operator of the train.

It's not far from where a train went off the tracks and into Mantua Creek last November.
