There’s Nothing Like Hot Soup on a Snowy Day

There’s nothing like a nice hot bowl of soup to get you through this miserable weather.

I personally like Italian escarole, which we pronounce “Scaaaaadole.” It’s very simple to make.

Start with frying up some garlic in a pot then throwing in some pepperoni slices or diced salami chunks, Add water and break up the escarole and toss in along with a can of white cannellini beans, spice it up with some Italian spices maybe some garlic salt, simmer for about an hour, enjoy!
