Do you feel a wedding cake baker is right or wrong for refusing service to a same sex couple? And, no, it's not the Cake Boss! The couple says: 'It Shouldn't Be Gay Or Straight Issue'….the woman who’s the cake baker says it’s her right as a business owner to refuse them.

Are you against deer hunting in the suburbs?  This past weekend protesters staged one along a roadside in Shrewsbury.

Should you have to take a "common sense" test before you become a parent? And do you think this mother should be charged with anything….according to authorities..a 'Mother-Daughter' Bikini Shoot Turned Into Child Porn...wait till you hear this one!

You may remember the story of John Fiocco…the TCNJ student, who after a night of drinking, died mysteriously, after falling into a dumpster and having his body found in a Pennsylvania landfill.  Well, the parents are suing TCNJ, according to a judge’s ruling...this despite the fact that no one knows how he died!

A middle school student goes to school in East Windsor wearing a confederate flag and the teen is suspended….the mom says the school is wrong…do you feel the mom has a beef?  She says kids that wear turbans and yalmukahs have a cultural right to wear those, and since her kid is from Virginia, she too has a "cultural right".

Do you have to work on Thanksgiving….do you feel you should have to…..some retail workers are fighting back, saying that they want stores to close on Thanksgiving.  Ahhh, but life goes on, doesn't it!

Do you drink raw milk…..as advocates of raw milk hold out hope as the Legislature considers bills to relax the state ban.  Drink what you want....who's the state to tell you that you can't drink it.  Oh, that's right, I forgot, they know better....don't they!

An 8 year veteran of the Orange Police force is fired for racial comments that he posted on Twitter...the story of yet another poster taken to task for something he or she posts ... as we deal more and more with consequences over things you post  in the age of social media!

And....would it make a difference to you if a former porn star was in a reading program for elementary school children, reading to your kids……the former porn queen Sasha Grey says, I Will NOT quit reading to school children.
