A former school superintendent who made headlines after he was charged with defecating on another high school's track has asked the state attorney general to investigate whether police acted unlawfully.
Former Kenilworth superintendent Thomas Tramaglini admitted to defecating while on the track because of an "emergency situation" brought on by a condition called "Runners Diarrhea."
