Two men exchanged words and shoves over the unveiling of a monument at a Veterans Day parade in northern New Jersey.

Belleville parade organizer Joseph Fornarotto took the wraps off the stone that honors Pfc. Henry Svehla. The 19-year-old Belleville native was awarded the Medal of Honor for sacrificing his life after throwing himself on a grenade in the Korean War in 1952.

However, the stone was supposed to be unveiled at a Board of Education ceremony on Thursday.  Fornarotto told The Star-Ledger of Newark Richard Yanuzzi and the school board were trying to steal the show.

Yanuzzi said Fornarotto was trying to take credit for everything.  The town will rededicate the monument to the fallen officer on Thursday.
