WILLINGBORO — It has been more than 20 years since 12-year-old Celina Mays disappeared, 9 months pregnant at the time.

Police are hoping age-progression technology can help find her. Willingboro police have released an picture of Mays showing what she might look like as a 33-year-old woman.

According to the Charley Project, which tracks cold missing persons cases, Mays was last seen on Dec. 15, 1996 at her aunt's house. At that time she was last seen going to bed.

Her father, C.J., reported checking on her the following morning, finding pillows under her blankets to make it look like she was still in the bed. She had also left her prenatal vitamins, purse and other personal belongings behind. She was due to deliver her baby just two weeks after her disappearance.

Police are asking anyone with information about her whereabouts to call either the Willingboro Police Department at 609-877-3001, or the Citizen Tip Hotline at 609-887-6958.
