POLL: Have you ever been bullied at work?

It’s one thing to be bullied in school, but imagine being bullied at work? It’s happening more often than you may think.

According to a survey by CareerBuilder, 28% of people have been bullied at work.

I can see this being a carry over from school. Considering the state of today's job market , the bully may feel that showing dominance over someone makes them look like their better at their job. The victim may feel that if they speak up or take action, they may lose theirs.

The survey says 19% of those who felt bullied at work have left their job.
