Perth Amboy police seek missing teen

PERTH AMBOY — Police are looking for a 16-year-old girl last seen Tuesday.

Sofia Eugenio got into a red Ford Escape around 2 p.m. at 612 Raritan Ave., according to Perth Amboy Police. Police said SUV has been located and is no longer part of the investigation.

Police on Thursday morning said Eugenio was last seen being dropped off near the home of her boyfriend, Elijah Hosein, 18, on Highland Terrace in the Fords section of Woodbridge.

The 16-year-old is described as a white female standing 5 feet, 4 inches tall, weighing 125 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. .
