An emergency medical official says 13 people have been injured, two critically, when thousands of fans stormed the field to celebrate Oklahoma State's 44-10 victory against rival Oklahoma.

Emergency official Michael Authement told The Associated Press that fans rushed the field in the game's final seconds and people were trampled in the rush and at least one person fell about 15 feet to the concrete.

Authement, heading up the command post at LifeNet EMS, said early Sunday that nine ambulances rushed the injured away and four helicopters also deployed. He says the two critically injured were taken to Oklahoma City hospitals.

He says 11 of the 13 injured were sent to hospitals, including some with leg fractures. Two were treated and released.

University and Stillwater police had no immediate comment.
