LITTLE EGG HARBOR — An Ocean County man was charged after he allegedly traded a video game for sex.

Christopher Wilson, 20, of Little Egg Harbor, was arrested on Thursday and charged with second-degree attempted sexual assault and third-degree endangering the welfare of a child after accepting sexual favors from a 12-year-old girl in exchange for the gaming system, Ocean County Prosecutor Joseph Coronato said.

Wilson was also on the Megan's Law registry because of an incident in 2009 when he was underage. Details about that complaint were not available Friday and authorities did not release more information about that case.

A new law called "Nicole's Law" was implemented in this case, according to Coronado, meaning there is no monetary bail for White who is being held at the Ocean County Jail while he awaits a hearing.
