Media Denied Access in Autumn Pasquale Murder Case
A judge has denied news organizations access to court hearings in the case of two teenage brothers accused of killing 12-year-old Autumn Pasquale.
A judge in Woodbury on Friday sided with lawyers for 17-year-old Dante Robinson and 15-year-old Justin Robinson, who argued there were reasons for keeping the family court proceedings closed to the public and press.
The two are charged with the murder in October of Autumn Pasquale.
The entire community of Clayton joined a search for her after she disappeared on her bicycle.
Several news organizations, including The Associated Press, argued hearings should be made public because of public interest in the case.
The Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office is asking to have the case moved to adult criminal court.
