TRENTON, N.J. (AP) -- Gov. Chris Christie will head to Monmouth County next week for his latest town hall meeting.

Christie's office announced Wednesday that the Republican governor will host the session Tuesday at the National Guard Armory in Freehold. He plans to discuss his budget proposals and various reform initiatives, and also will take questions from residents.

The event is the 131st town hall the governor has held since taking office.

Residents interested in attending are asked to RSVP at TownHall.Freehold(at)nj.gov. Doors at the armory will open at 1:30 p.m., and seating is first come, first serve.
