Did Your Dog Make The Most Talkative List?

Sometimes the bane of suburban living is the noisy barking dog next door. Now, here's a list I've never thought about before: The 12 loudest dog breeds. I always assumed loud and excessive barking was just hit or miss in any individual dog.
Not so, according to 218 veterinary professionals surveyed by VetStreet.com. They say it's inherent in the breed. If you're looking to buy a dog and you don't want to be that guy in the neighborhood, you might want to go through this list.
