Defendant to Plead Guilty in Fatal A.C. Casino Carjack

A southern New Jersey woman charged in the fatal carjacking of an Atlantic City casino patron has agreed to plead guilty in return for a 30-year prison sentence.

The Press of Atlantic City also reports Jessica Kisby of Egg Harbor Township will testify against Craig Arno, her boyfriend and co-defendant in the case.

The pair were scheduled to go on trial in April on murder and other charges in the May 2010 death of 47-year-old Martin Caballero of North Bergen.

Prosecutors say Caballero was carjacked in the parking garage of the Trump Taj Mahal casino and stabbed to death. His burning vehicle was found early the next day.

The random attack occurred just moments after Caballero dropped his family off at the casino to celebrate his daughter's birthday.
