Yes ... its a real T-shirt!

And, I've always said: When having a good time, "party responsibly," my friends!

Click here for my "friendly responsibility reminder."

First, a short story before the "challenge" of the "game!"

When I was visiting my aunt, uncle and cousins in the St. Louis area, I came across this shirt.  It was in a pile of old, cast-off T-shirts that were to be worn "on the job."

You may recall that my relatives make bowling balls. Its a "dirty job." They use lots of chemicals that will quickly and easily ruin "street clothes."

Did I mention all the dust from grinding parts, and "finishing" the bowling balls?

So, the guys change into old pants and T-shirts before starting work. When their work shirts get too dirty, they just throw them out.

The T-shirts that I saw for "work use," were the old T-shirts that one of my cousins had recently cleared out of his drawers and closets. Now being a grown man, and a married father of young children...he had decided that they were no longer appropriate...

I would NOT have ever (publicly/routinely) worn this "time-worn tee" (just tonight), but it made me laugh, THEN and NOW!

Can YOU find the "Drunk Waldo?" I mean....Wadlo?

Wait...there's more!

In the picture at the top of the page, you will see that I am standing by a large vat...

Since the plant was built, sometime around 1900, it has been many things...including an early photo paper manufacturing plant for a man named George Eastman (before there was a "Kodak")...and during Prohibition, that vat was used to make outlawed alcohol!

Take the stairs (by the vat)...and you'll find tunnels that run under the building, and for blocks in all directions. Obviously, workers couldn't be seen bringing the raw materials in, or taking the "booze" out of the building... Call Elliot Ness and his "Untouchables!"

There were many "Drunk Wadlos" in the St. Louis area during Prohibition, thanks in part to that vat, and the wine press that you see above!

Remember, the Drunk Waldo T-shirt is all in fun!

Don't be a "Wadlo!" (Craig Allen photo).

Please, drink responsibly.

TONIGHT...New Year's Eve...and ALWAYS!

I'll say it AGAIN:

Stay alive...NEVER drink and drive!
