Delicious burger spot opening its second NJ location this weekend
I hope you’re hungry, Bergen County, because Cousin’s Burger, a 100% halal burger joint, is opening another location in the great Garden State.
The first Cousin’s Burger location opened at 2601 US-130 in Cinnaminson, NJ. They have six other locations between Delaware and New York.
Popular for their smashburgers, every meal is made from scratch and cooked to order. There are no preservatives, no shortcuts, and no long list of artificial ingredients.

New smashburger restaurant opening in Hackensack, NJ
For anyone not hip to the smash craze, smash burgers are made by squishing the meat patty on the grill. This creates a crispy outer crust while still maintaining the juicy center of the burger.
In addition to the classic smashburger, they also offer the heat smashburger, regular or spicy chicken sandwiches, ribeye cheesesteaks, loaded fries (with beef, chicken, and their house sauce), wings, chicken tenders, and fries.
Plus they support local businesses, all of their halal meats are zabiha halal sourced from right here in New Jersey.

Cousin’s Burger’s newest location is at 80 Main St. in Hackensack, NJ.
The Grand Opening ceremony is taking place on Saturday, July 11 at 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. Those who attend will receive a free double smash burger and fries while supplies last.
Cousin’s Burger is open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
