Christie polls puzzle political analysts
Could it really be all about the hug?
Political experts are at a loss to explain why Gov. Chris Christie is not seeing any bump in the polls among Republican voters.
The trend is happening despite Christie's policy speeches that hit into the GOP's core values.
If anything, Christie has dropped in the national polls since making the announcement that he was running for the 2016 nomination.
While he has been warmly received in New Hampshire, he has not been embraced.
Many analysts go back to when Christie embraced President Obama after Sandy. They believe many Republicans view it as a betrayal of the party.
