Christie looks past Iowa caucuses and keeps focus in New Hampshire
Gov. Chris Christie is largely looking past Monday's Iowa caucuses, where he barely registers in the preference poll, to New Hampshire, where he's staked his flag in the 2016 race for the Republican presidential nomination.
As Iowa voters head to the polls today, Christie has been polling about 5th.
He has been campaigning there, but the focus remains on New Hampshire.
Christie had momentum in the granite state where he climbed to number two behind Donald Trump, but has since slid back to 4th.
Poor showings in Iowa and New Hampshire will make it nearly impossible for Christie to continue his campaign into the southern states.
