Bill Spadea: Throw out the Ebola nurse’s lawsuit (Watch)
Kaci Hickox, the nurse who was quarantined at Newark Airport during the African Ebola outbreak last year just filed a federal lawsuit saying Christie and the state health department illegally detained her against her will.
Knowing the highly contagious nature of this virus and the densely populated area we live in, I think Governor Christie was wise to keep Hickox in containment for two days.
