Amazing rainbow wows New Jerseyans (PHOTOS)

The rain stopped, the clouds parted and New Jerseyans looked to the sky to see a spectacular double rainbow Sunday afternoon.

More than likely, the question many Garden State residents are asking themselves is: could there be a Powerball jackpot at the end of the rainbow?
