SCOTCH PLAINS (AP) -- Prosecutors say two people were found dead inside a home in Scotch Plains.

But their names and further details on what caused their deaths were not immediately disclosed.

Union County prosecutors say the bodies of the two males were found shortly after 9 a.m. Saturday at a Jerusalem Road home in Scotch Plains. The deaths are under investigation by the county's Homicide Task Force, and officials say the victims' identities have not been positively confirmed.

Citing the ongoing investigation, authorities declined further comment.
