Would You Be in Favor of Cashless Tolls on NJ Roads? [POLL]

A Study is currently being conducted by NJ officials as to whether or not a cashless toll system is feasible on the Garden State Parkway.

While this may help ease the daily flow of  traffic that the NJ commuters on the Garden State Parkway have to deal with, what happens to out-of-state drivers that don't have EZ Pass? How will the pay the tolls?

There may be more headaches to this than officials think but why would that stop anything from getting done in NJ, right?
