Anyone who knows me knows I love birthday cake. I've eaten it for breakfast, lunch, dinner and for a midnight snack.

Anyone who knows me knows I also love Ben & Jerry's ice cream. I've eaten it for breakfast, lunch, dinner and for a midnight snack.

Which is why I have found the holy grail, and it is this: Confetti Cake Ice Cream.

And just in case you think you're not reading correctly, yes it absolutely IS
vanilla cake batter ice cream with sprinkles, cake pieces, and vanilla frosting swirls. I really don't feel I have to explain. So I will simply say this:

I don't need to eat anything else. Ever. Again.

The part that scares me, is that as has been the case with many of my favorite Ben & Jerry's flavors, when they say "exclusive flavor" on the lid, they sometimes retire them pretty quickly. Not as quickly as "limited batch", but still. Therefore, like "What A Cluster" before it, I will hoard many pints of this baby in my freezer.

And I know what you're thinking: Yeah, but how much "stuff" is actually in there? Tons of Sprinkles? Check. Plenty o' frosting? Yup. Hunks of Cake? You betcha. True to Ben & Jerry's form, except in core flavors which tend to be cheap on the goodness, every spoonful is bursting with grooviness.

You're welcome.
