If you weren't impressed with Mariah Carey's performance last night during Rockefeller tree lighting, you weren't alone.It seemed that the internet was buzzing more about Mariah Carey's poor performance than the actually tree lighting itself.

If you thought the singer's performance wasn't up to par, the video below is probably not going to help change your opinion. Someone isolated Carey's vocals from last night's performance and posted it online. Listening to Carey's vocals without the backing band to muffle the sound, is well, quite frightening at times.

Take a listen to what Mariah's performance sounded like last night with no editing or band around her. We're not sure but there may have been times when during the performance, only dogs were able to hear what Carey was actually singing.
