Gov Chris Christie was planning a news conference at 11:15 a.m. Saturday, to address New Jersey's ongoing response to the first blizzard of 2016. UPDATE: The news conference had not yet started as 11:40, but was still planned for mid-day.
He'll be joined by cabinet members, and local Sayreville emergency management officials and first-responders at Sayreville Engine Company No. 1.
